Welcome to the Access Participation website
Welcome to Access participation, the new Welsh Assembly Government resource to support the National Tenant Participation Strategy for Wales.
The Welsh Assembly Government's policy on Tenant Participation promotes an approach centred on social landlords sharing "information, ideas and decision - making with tenants and, where appropriate, other community members."
This web based resource is aimed to help tenants and other community members who want or need to be involved in decisions about their homes and communities as well as being useful to local authorities and housing associations.
The website has been developed in conjunction with Chartered Institute of Housing (Cymru), the professional body for people involved in housing and communities. CIH has over 20,000 members, including 1000 in Wales, working in local authorities, housing associations, the private sector, voluntary organisations and academic institutons.
We would like to extend our thanks to all of the people and organisations that have contributed to the site so far and hope that you find the information useful.
Wildmill Signage Project

Valleys to Coast wanted some signs to welcome people into Wildmill to replace the existing ones from the days of pre- transfer that were old and drab. We thought they would less likely to be vandalised if they were designed by young people of the estate. Also if they were bright and colourful they would really stand out and really be eye catching.
